As a rule of thumb, our typical starting price is about $350 per square foot for new construction. Many factors can adjust upward this square foot price.
If we design for you, we keep cost in mind, which simultaneously informs you of how design choices influence the cost of your project.
Bidding
When comparing prices between different contractors, knowing what you are comparing is important. Each contractor reviewing and evaluating your set of plans will interpret vague or unspecified details differently. We bid for a quality project. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" applies when building. Ask questions about the details. Ask about previous projects. Ask for a referral list. We have a long list of satisfied customers.
Additions & Remodels
We do not bid remodel or addition projects. The complexity of knowing what other builders have done or not done makes the unknown part of bidding these jobs impractical.
